under devices click on Transfer purchases. justĬlick on the itnues tab and look for Devices. the only solution is to DELETE ALL THE APPS FROM THE PREVIOUS USER. now the problem is, your Itnues account on phone is conflicting with the APPS OF THE PREVIOUS USER.
